Your teachers are working hard.
So why does instruction keep looking the same?
Most professional development gives teachers a binder and a wish. One day. One presenter. Back to the classroom on Monday as if nothing happened. The teachers in your building are not the problem. The model is.
Collaborative Planning
Spaced Sessions
Debrief and Celebrate
We start with a conversation: where your team is now, what your students need, and what success looks like. Then we build a plan together with your leadership.
Sessions are intentionally spaced so teachers can implement between visits, bring real
questions back to the group, and build routines that actually stick.
After lessons, we debrief as a team, celebrating what worked, troubleshooting what didn’t. Sessions can be on-site or virtual, depending on your needs.
What happens when teachers already have the tools
Last year, I worked with three districts as they navigated a new curriculum. Three spaced sessions: collaborative planning with leadership, two in-person implementation visits, and a debrief to celebrate what changed.
“This professional learning opportunity has transformed the way I approach teaching. My students have become more invested in their learning, diving deeper into subject matter and thinking critically about real-world issues. I feel more confident and equipped to make a lasting impact on my students’ lives.”
“The hands-on activities and interactive sessions allowed me to see the power of phenomena-driven instruction in action. I left feeling inspired and ready to implement what I learned.”
“This course is important. Every science teacher should take it!”
“Bonnie made it approachable and helped me see that I have the tools already.”
100% of participants said they would recommend this training to a colleague.
